Project Description

The pools at the Ardmore Park condominium were fully renovated by Innovez Engineering through the stainless steel pre-fabrication method. The pools include the main 50-metre lap pool, the children’s wading pool and the jacuzzi pool. Compared to the conventional concrete building process, there are substantially more benefits by renovating with stainless steel. With the stainless steel building technology, the construction period took half the usual time. In addition, the waterproofing has significantly better longevity and no demolition works were required hence minimising the disruption to the residents.
